RUSH, a Philippine-based eCommerce and Loyalty SaaS brand, empowers businesses to seamlessly navigate the digital world. Incubated under 917Ventures of Globe Telecom Inc., and since beginning independent operations mid-2023, RUSH now serves 1,800 brands, 7,000 nationwide locations, and 24 million consumers-powering the likes of But First Coffee, Unilever, Pinkberry, Strip and Browhaus, Monde Nissin, and NutriAsia, among others.
Year-on-year, RUSH has filled critical market gaps by making digital commerce and customer engagement accessible without the complexity or cost, through modular, integrated platforms that support businesses at every stage of their digital journey.
RUSH democratized digital tools for SMEs-groups usually excluded from modern eCommerce infrastructure. Key innovations include the Spark Lite eStore plan, delivering an online store with unlimited orders and branch expansion for just ₱500/month -a fraction of typical costs.
RUSH extended merchant reach by placing its online marketplace, RUSH Plus Eats, in the GlobeOne app and GCash, providing access to 90 million users at no added cost. Beyond technology, RUSH launched the Fast Track, a free 3-month program for digital selling, marketing, and operations upskilling.
This culminated in the Fast Track Bazaar, where 150 merchants served 13,000 visitors in a single weekend and achieved an average 62% increase in sales.
RUSH expanded its focus to mid-to-large enterprises (MLEs), leveling the playing field for Philippine companies competing across the Asia-Pacific region. Scan to Order and Scan to Pay enabled brick-and-mortar brands to adopt "phy-gital" operations and payment-even senior citizen and PWD discounts-through QR-based self-service microsites. Brands recorded a 69% average monthly sales increase.
RUSH also integrated with leading on-demand delivery platforms, Grab and pandago, giving merchants access to over 8,000 riders nationwide through a single backend.
In 2025, RUSH innovated for efficiency, engagement, and data-driven decision-making. The printing terminal, OrderPoint, consolidates orders from RUSH and third-party marketplaces (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.) into one device for lower costs and simpler frontline operations.
The new digital Punch Card drives repeat engagement while avoiding the usual hurdles of loss and fraud. NutriAsia and Cocopan rated the Punch Card highly, while early adopters Strip & Browhaus, Acienda Designer Outlet, and But First Coffee now delight customers with the program.
RUSH also partnered with Amazon AWS QuickSight to launch AI-powered analytics, real-time dashboards, and text-to-visualization - automating insights so merchants can make smarter decisions with their own data.
Altogether, RUSH is the only Philippine horizontal SaaS provider that, with its three-year track record, continues to expand its technology ecosystem and partnerships to bring innovation to the tables of all merchants-enterprise or small.
