Frequently Asked Questions

How am I being charged for the solution?
Depending on the cost of customer loyalty programs you have selected, you may be charged a fixed monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual subscription fee, and a transaction fee that varies per subscription package. Any applicable ancillary fees, such as those for additional SMS and Viber marketing services, may also be charged when incurred.Payments are normally done with debit or credit card scheduled payments, as with any other subscription-based plan.
Is there a set-up fee?
In order to create a customer loyalty program with us, you only need to pay the recurring subscription fee. RUSH does not charge a set-up fee for any of our solutions.
What if your offers don't match exactly what I need? Is there room for adjustment?
