We are in search of an Operations Admin Intern who will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative duties to support the seamless functioning of the business. Working closely with the Merchant Success Manager in the Operations department, this role calls for a highly organized individual who is proficient in technology, reliable, and skilled in multitasking.

Basic Qualifications

Academic Background:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or any related field
Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in troubleshooting basic technical issues and adept at using various software tools
  • Competent in using Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
  • Experience in scheduling and booking riders or delivery services
  • Capable of handling several tasks simultaneously without compromising quality

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Monitor Incoming Orders: Track and manage incoming orders from Globe One bites to ensure timely processing;
  • Book Orders with Carriers: Coordinate and book orders with various carriers to facilitate prompt delivery;
  • Maintain Status Tracker: Create and update a comprehensive tracker to monitor the status of all orders, ensuring transparency and accountability; and
  • Follow-Up Calls: Conduct quick and effective phone calls to follow up on orders, resolve any issues that may arise, and ensure customer satisfaction.
