We are in search of an experienced Marketing Specialist who will support the execution of digital marketing and growth initiatives across organic search, paid campaigns, website management, content publishing, inbound acquisition, and digital visibility efforts. The role will contribute to improving brand visibility, website performance, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness across digital platforms and channels.
The position will support initiatives related to SEO, GEO, AEO, content optimization, analytics monitoring, paid media execution, website optimization, and evolving AI-powered search and discovery experiences. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, organization, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives within structured workflows and timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Salary: PHP 40,000
Basic Qualifications:
Academic Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, or any related field.
- Digital marketing certifications (e.g. Google Digital Garage, Google Ads, Semrush Academy, Ahrefs Academy, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Academy, etc.) are a plus.
Relevant Work Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, performance marketing, website management, inbound marketing, or related marketing functions is preferred.
- Experience working on websites, SaaS platforms, digital products, B2B technology environments, or performance-driven marketing initiatives is an advantage.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, content optimization, inbound marketing, paid performance marketing, and analytics.
- Understanding of SEO, keyword research, content structuring, website optimization, and authority-building strategies.
- Experience with paid marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and related advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics, SEO, and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and similar platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and content structuring skills for digital platforms and user engagement.
- Experience working with CMS and publishing platforms such as Webflow is a plus.
- Understanding of website structure, metadata implementation, internal linking, and on-page optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with AI-powered search experiences, GEO, AEO, and evolving search trends.
- Familiarity with content creation, design, and AI-assisted marketing tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, file management, and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving digital marketing trends, technologies, platforms, and growth initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Discoverability:
- Support digital marketing, content optimization, inbound acquisition, and visibility initiatives across digital platforms.
- Support initiatives that improve engagement, lead generation, and overall digital performance.
- Support initiatives related to SEO, GEO, AEO, and evolving search experiences.
- Monitor website, content, and campaign performance and provide recommendations based on analytics and performance insights.
Campaign & Website Support:
- Support the execution and optimization of digital campaigns across relevant marketing and advertising platforms.
- Assist in website-related marketing activities, including content publishing, landing page updates, and website enhancement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing and campaign initiatives.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Prepare reports and performance insights related to website traffic, campaign performance, engagement, and inbound acquisition.
- Support tracking, analytics implementation, reporting, and ongoing optimization efforts across digital initiatives.
- Monitor emerging digital marketing, search, and discovery trends relevant to business and growth objectives.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Recommend tools, methodologies, and process improvements that may enhance operational efficiency, digital performance, and conversion effectiveness.
- Ensure best practices are consistently applied across marketing and digital initiatives.
- Provide support for other marketing, growth, and cross-functional initiatives as required.
