We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who will oversee and manage comprehensive company logistics, workplace operations, and administrative functions. He/she will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office environment, facilitate venue and meeting room reservations, manage office security, safety, and access protocols, handle bank errands and government-related transactions, and maintain office supplies and Facilities.

The role involves maintaining confidentiality, handling basic clerical duties as needed, and ensuring efficient communication between internal departments and external parties. This includes, but is not limited to, check collections, bank errands, handling government-related transactions, maintaining the office, pantry, storage areas, and supplies inventory and replenishment.

Salary:
Php 25,000

Basic Qualifications:

Academic Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.

Relevant Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as Facilities Coordinator, Field Support, or Operations Runner
  • Must own a motorcycle and valid driver's license. Gas allowance will be provided.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals, with a focus on content management and link-building strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact between the company, suppliers, and other external organizations.
  • Deliver and retrieve important documents, payments, and correspondence.
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of paperwork to avoid delays.
  • Maintain records of all liaison activities and transactions.
  • Assist in workplace and logistical responsibilities, such as reserving meeting rooms and venues, managing office building security, issuing gate passes and visitor permits, and handling RFID enrollment, among other related tasks.
  • Perform other essential administrative duties as assigned.
