Understanding the Role
A company’s growth is heavily reliant on profitability. Hence, financial analysis is a crucial process in evaluating the company’s health, stability and readiness for future requirements. And so, RUSH is searching for an experienced Financial Analyst for Cash Management who will be responsible for safekeeping the company’s monetary-related activities, ensuring these align with the objectives of RUSH and to those of its stakeholders.
Salary: Php 30,000
Basic Qualifications
Academic Background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or any business-related course
Relevant Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in treasury operations or asset management
- Proven working experience in eCommerce, Fintech, and other technology businesses is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Has the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools
Certifications:
- Certified public accountant (CPA) license is an advantage, but not a requirement
Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal Skills:
- Collaborative and results-driven, with good customer relations skills
Overall Characteristics:
- Maintains an analytical mindset
- Knows value of work and accountability
- Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares collections and disbursements reports
- Assists in the preparation of cash flow projections
- Executes approved payment requests
- Performs periodic cash reconciliations
- Oversees check collection and deposit arrangements
- Obtain and archive proof of collections and disbursements
- Maintains a positive relationship with depositories
- Observe compliance with banking requirements
- Monitors bank and e-wallet activities
- Monitors user access rights for online banking and digital wallet platforms
