Understanding the Role

To handle medium and large enterprise accounts, resubscription, renewals, upsells. An Account Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. They will act as a bridge between the client and the company, helping to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Salary: Php 25,000

Basic Qualifications

Academic Background:

  • Bachelor Degree (any), Preferably, Marketing, Business, IT

Relevant Work Experience:

  • Preferably 1-3 experience in account management and/or customer management
  • Preferably with sales experience or worked on F&B, Retail, FMCG industry background.

Technical Skills:

  • Preferably with experience working with CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Copper, ZOHO, etc.) and CMS (Shopify, Magneto, WooCommerce or related)
  • Experienced working with Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Slides)

  • Excellent Negotiation Skills,

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage medium to large enterprise accounts, learn about their needs and convey the benefits of the product while establishing connections.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate meeting client needs. While gathering and studying information to discover more about client behavior.
  • To provide market feedback on our solution, promotions, pricing.
  • Should be stay updated and inform to the industry trends, competitors, market dynamics and other factor related to adjust market strategy.
  • Learn and understand deep knowledge of the products and services offered by the company to support minor troubleshooting.
  • Maintain Upselling and Cross Selling Pipeline
  • Generate and submit accurate and timely updated reports to Hubspot
    This role is required to travel around the metro within 50% capacity, 20% in the office, 30% working from home
